●ショートカットに追記

ショートカットの末尾に以下を追記
--disk-cache-dir="R:\Temp\User\Chrome"


●レジストリを編集(関連付けの起動でもキャッシュの場所を変更)

レジストリの以下のキーを編集
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ChromeHTML\Shell\open\command
(既定)の値の末尾に、起動オプション --disk-cache-dir を付ける。

"C:\Documents and Settings\(ユーザ名)\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -- "%1" --disk-cache-dir="R:\Temp\User\Chrome"
